3. Assumption of Risk

Participation in pageants, events, rehearsals, vendor activities, runway shows, performances, or gatherings may involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, personal injury, illness, property loss, theft, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Release, Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all users, contestants, delegates, vendors, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and attendees expressly agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Universe Grandeur Pageant, including its founders, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, partners, sponsors, venue owners, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to:

  • Participation in or attendance at any Universe Grandeur Pageant event

  • Travel to or from events

  • Interactions with other participants, vendors, or third parties

We strongly encourage all individuals to secure appropriate personal, health, travel, and event insurance prior to participation.

6. Registration, Applications & Fees

All registrations, applications, casting submissions, vendor bookings, and related fees are subject to approval and availability. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, participation, or selection.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

Universe Grandeur Pageant reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or terminate participation at its sole discretion.

7. Code of Conduct

All users and participants agree to conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and lawfully. Harassment, discrimination, abuse, threats, intoxication, disorderly conduct, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.

8. Media, Image & Likeness Release

By participating in any Universe Grandeur Pageant activity, you grant Universe Grandeur Pageant the irrevocable right to photograph, record, use, reproduce, distribute, and display your name, image, likeness, voice, and performance in all media formats worldwide for promotional, marketing, commercial, archival, and educational purposes without compensation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, images, videos, and branding, are the exclusive property of Universe Grandeur Pageant and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
